ECO-CHALLENGE 2008

We are a non-profit organization designed to educate and implement Eco-Challenge 2008 by incorporating eco-awareness & an exclusive outdoor competitive adventure. Eight female competitors will race from the peak of Mount Hood to the pristine shores of Astoria, Oregon leading into Earth Day weekend this April, 2008.

We will utilize innovative high-performance Turbo/Colnago Ferrari bicycles and cutting edge Delta kayaks in the process.

In doing so, we will provide crucial information to educate our current ecological conditions and contribute to eco-awareness on a global scale.

There's never been a more opportune time to make determinative changes. Already our planet is consumed by our negligence and only  we can reverse these changes. Global warming, depletion of our ozone layers, high mercury content in our waters and the never ending waste we produce.  If we do not educate, it will be our own demise and destruction of our existence.  Lets make the difference for a safe and healthy future.

Eco-Challenge 2008 - Mount Hood to Astoria
204.11 mile Bicycle and Kayak Race

This 6-day event will be filmed and documented covering ecological issues that directly impact our surrounding areas and relative to all existence here on planet earth. This is OUR challenge!.

The two female teams competing in this event will additionally provide detrimental issues that has impacted us in the past, what's happening presently, and how it can gravely affect us in the future. Education is the key to a perpetual free and clean society.
